New kitten sessions
This is our typical process for the new kittens that join us, but we'll always adapt our care to suit what your kitten needs. If you collect your kitten later than 8 weeks old, we can start their schedule then.
Video consult
We start by getting to know you and your kitten, understanding their specific needs and answering any questions you have. We can explain what upcoming visits your kitten will need and give recommendations and advice on everything from litter box training to nutrition.
vet visit
We'll invite you in to one of our clinics where your new kitten will get a thorough check by our vets and receive their first vaccination and microchip.
nurse visit
At this visit, your kitten will see our nurse who will give them their second course of core vaccinations, as well as be invited to join for group socialisation classes.

Spay & Neuter
Neutering & Spaying
We include neutering and spaying for free in your membership, as well as all follow up care. You'll need to have been a member for three months (but you can accelerate this by paying quarterly).
Microchipping
Keeping your kitten safe
All cats must be microchipped by 20 weeks old by law. If your kitten hasn't already been 'chipped, you can get this done with Snoots for free – it's included in your membership with us.
